When you are counting on the downlights in your expensive home office to light your face - move 3 feet
Expensive homes will have better Zoom lighting. Until then be aware of the extreme shadows on your face from downlingts. The light from above comes out in a cone. The more you are in the center of the cone, the harsher the shadows.
Move a couple feet while checking your image to adjust the light so we can see your eyes and mouth.
